Tom was born in Bellingham on 7/6/56 to Orville and Frances VanderYacht . Tom attended Ferndale schools and had a love for farming, working for many local farmers. Predeceased by his parents, Tom is survived by his brothers, Del of Blaine, Jeff of CA, sister Rosalee MacDonald of Bellingham and several nieces and nephews.
Donations in remembrance can be made to Meals on Wheels or Whatcom Hospice.
At his request, there will not be a service.
