Roberta Louise Fleming

Roberta Louise Fleming was born March 22, 1968 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and went to be with her Lord and Savior, on August 16, 2022 in Bellingham, Washington.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Betty (Gruenburg) Thalin and her maternal grandmother.

Roberta is survived by her loving husband, Michael Fleming; son, Jesse Knapp, sisters, Cynthia (Don) Van Iderstine, Ellen Hayes, Karen Perry, brother, Steve Thalin, and stepchildren, Colleen (Robert) Bednarik, James (Dawn) Fleming, and Bonnie (Peter) Dunshee. She has 13 grandchildren.

She was raised in Minnesota, first in North Minneapolis and then in Maple Grove. She attended Osseo schools and later went back and got her GED. She was a dedicated employee at: Northwest Airlines, Walmart, Lowes, and UPS.

She had a strong Christian faith and was active in the churches she attended singing in choir, attending ladies bible studies and prayer times.

Roberta valued her family with her wearing her heart on her sleeve for all to see. She was friendly, generous, and outgoing. She will be greatly missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on, Wednesday, August 24, 2022, 3:00 P.M. at, VFW, 7011 Hannegan Road, Lynden, Washington.
