Robert Bruce Tiffin, age 79, of Bellingham passed away Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bellingham. He was born Dec. 16, 1946 in Vancouver, British Columbia to parents Robert Farrell and Muriel Frances (Hill) Tiffin. Robert is survived by his wife Phyllis of the family home; daughters, Julie Kramme and Christy Imperio and her husband Joe and other relatives.
