Richard Allen Pike

January 2, 1946 — April 24, 2022

Bellingham

Richard Allen Pike was born to Russell & Muriel Pike January 2nd, 1946 in Bellingham, WA. He passed away unexpectedly while he was enjoying one of his favorite things to do, fishing.  He is survived by his wife Donna Pike, five children & their spouses, Four daughters, Rachelle & Brandon Daugherty, Sandra & Alex Hepworth, Rhonda & Jared Iglehart, Sheila & Michael Fuerst & His son Jason & Patricia Pike, three grandchildren, Aiden & Tavin Daugherty & Amirra Hepworth.  Richard has three brothers and one sister, Jim, Dennis, and Jack Pike and Janice Crandall.

Richard married the love of his life Donna on August 5, 1967.  For fifty-five years he loved taking care of her & holding her hand.

Richard (Dick) as many knew him, loved life, he loved his family and he loved the outdoors, whether he was in his garden, camping, hiking or fishing he always appreciated life as a gift from his creator Jehovah.  One of Richard‘s greatest accomplishments was his life of service as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He passed this love on to all of his five children and helped many people over the years have a Bible based hope for the future. It was that hope that he knew would allow him to wake up & see his loved ones again.

Richard was very respected in the community for his work ethic and 30+ years in the HVAC community. If you were privileged to have Richard in your life then you will know what a huge hole he leaves for those he has left behind.  His family thanks everyone so much for their loving support during this very hard time. If you would like more information for his Memorial over Zoom, which will be held on Saturday May 14, 2022 at 4:00 PM, please contact any of his children directly or email questions to BandRJW@yahoo.com.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name at www.jw.org
