Patricia Yvonne Greget

Patricia Yvonne Greget, 59, of Bellingham, Washington passed away peacefully Sunday, November 19, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 21, 1958 in Santa Monica, California to Adrien F. and Joanne (Farris) Kerbrat. She was preceded in death by her siblings Yvette, Matthew and Dennis. Patricia is survived by Stuart Bishop who has been the love of her life since July 12, 1997; her children, Yvette Hardesty, Stephanie Balicki (Jeremy), Michele Apeles (Ted) and Michael Greget; grandchildren, Dustin, Briana, Mirage, Mason, Olivia, Jakob and Tegan; her siblings, Sabrina (Tim), Theresa (James), Anthony (Shelly), Joseph, Jeannette (Dave), David and Dennise (Gary);  and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, Friends and Co-Workers. Patricia has been a resident of Bellingham, Washington in 1997 after leaving her childhood home in Astoria, Oregon. Patricia loved life she loved to travel, doing arts and crafts, reading and most of all she loved her family, especially her Grandchildren. She enjoyed raising two of them, Dustin and Briana, and watching them mature into responsible young adults. Patricia loved to cook and Sunday dinner was a very important event in her household. She also loved her animals and her country life in Bellingham. Patricia had many enjoyable jobs in her lifetime, which include waitressing, management and many others. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Ovarian Cancer Research, which was the disease she battled for over six years. The family wishes to extend gratitude to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, University of Washington Gynecologic Oncology, Whatcom Hospice and many other caring Physicians and Nurses for their support. A celebration of life will be in her honor at a later date for family and friends. We will all miss her beautiful smile. The light of her life continues to shine through for all of us.
