Molly Sue den Hartog-Lindsey, age 39, left the pain she was experiencing on Earth and went home to Jesus on July 15, 2023. She bravely fought a difficult 7-month battle with kidney cancer.
Molly's bubbly personality, quick wit and mischievous sparkle brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew her. Her smile lit up the darkest rooms. Her ability to bring levity to any situation will be sorely missed.
Throughout her brief life Molly worked many jobs, always in the service of others. She met many people and made many friends during the years she spent serving and managing several local restaurants and businesses.
In 2020 Molly met and married the love of her life, Brian Lindsey. She quickly and selflessly became step-mom to his 3 children. Molly and Brian loved spending time outdoors and visiting their favorite place, Cannon Beach, Oregon.
Molly joins her dear brother Ben as well as her grandparents and 3 uncles. Molly will be greatly missed by everyone she left behind but especially her loving husband, Brian, step-children Emma, Jakob and Florence, her parents Jim and Jill den Hartog, sister Emily Willett, her husband Greg, sister Katie Adams, her husband Steve and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
The family asks that all who attend Molly's service honor her bright and bubby personality by wearing bright happy colors. Her family suggests memorials be made to her GoFundMe, https://gofund.me/56d8b5ea
