Mildred Ruth Taylor

Mildred R. Taylor, age 71, known to her family and friends as “Midge” passed away suddenly on Christmas Day Friday, Dec. 25, 2015 in Bellingham. Midge was born January 14, 1944 in Artesia, New Mexico to parents Bert and Ida (Boykin) Page.  She was preceded in death by her baby daughter Ruthie Jean DuLores and is survived by 2 daughters, Connie Orona and Jana Kalendek (Leroy); 3 grandchildren, Christopher and Emily Orona and Juliana Covarrubias; 2 sisters Linda Schutrum and Lucille Shockey and numerous nieces and nephews.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of life open house will be held Thursday, January 14, 2016 1:00 PM, at the Lynden VFH Post 9301, 7011 Hannegan Road.
