Leah Jean Courchane

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of Leah Jean

 Courchane on January 28, 2024 in Bellingham, Washington due to extended health 

complications.

Leah was born to Lori and Dick Courchane on November 30, 1980 in Bellingham,

Washington. She was proud to grow up in Custer and she attended Ferndale High School. 

Leah was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents: Lois and Elmer Beck;

Melba and Jimmy Courchane. 

Leah is survived by her sons Devin Courchane-Clark and Jakobe Wallace. They were

the loves of her life.

Leah is also survived by her mom Lori Stiles (Randy); sister Jenny Snook (Seth); nieces

Jillian, Adelia, and Tessa Snook; stepmom Teresa Anderson; stepsister Cassidy Blackwelder;

grandma by choice Renee Gilbert; sister by choice Corrine Tiffany; numerous aunts, uncles, and

cousins. Family and friends of Leah will always remember how she loved with her whole heart.

She cared deeply for those she surrounded herself with.
