LaVern L. Schnackenberg

LaVern L. Schnackenberg, age 84, of Ferndale, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015 at his home. He was born July 15, 1930 in Deshler, Nebraska to parents Martin H. and Hulda (Holtzen) Schnackenberg. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, EvaLynn (Andreasen) Schnackenberg; sons,  Brian (Cindy) Schnackenberg, Randy (Kim) Schnackenberg, Tony (Amy) Schnackenberg; daughters, Sue (Don) Caldwell, Kimra (David) Buchanan, Cathryn Schnackenberg and Carmen (Donovan) McAllister; 22 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; numerous foster children; brother , Don Schnackenberg; sisters ,Marlene (Duffy) Phillips, Kathleen (Jack) McCann, Karen (David) Robson, Gale (Jerry) Leuenberger; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A Memorial service will be held at Baker View Christian School, 5353 Waschke Rd. Bellingham, WA, Friday, May 1, 2015 4:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to: Baker View Christian School, or, to the American Heart Association.  Flowers are by Jensen Floral, Ferndale, WA.
