Jerry Clay Franklin, age 75, of Blaine passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Hospital in Bellingham. He was born March 7, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan to parents Bemis and Geraldine Wilma (Nunamaker) Franklin. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Greenacres Cemetery in Ferndale.
