Jeffrey J. Hall

Jeffrey J. Hall, age 64, of Deming, WA, passed away with his wife by his side Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Whatcom Hospice House in Bellingham. Jeff was a Courageous Warrior during his battle with Cancer for the last 2 years. He was born September 14, 1949 to Walter E. and Ethel B. (Kent) Hall of Seattle, WA. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; sister; Nancy Ann Hall, brother; Eugene Hall. He is survived by his Wife Marchia Hall ; Son Ryan J. Hall and his wife Danielle of Seattle, Stepdaughters Amy Dwivedi and her husband Saurabh of Issaquah, WA; Erin Wharton of Nooksack, Andrea Wharton and her husband Matthew of Deming and Stepson; Tony Barter and his wife Nicole of Seattle, WA and his sister; Jennifer Lally of AZ. Jeff “Papa” has 4 Grandchildren that he loved dearly, Ella Gundermann, Simon Dwivedi, Chayse Hall and Logan Brewer. Jeff is survived by many close cousins on the Kent and Hall sides of the family. Jeff grew up in Lake Forest Park, WA. Then enlisted in the military. SGT- Jeff Hall was very proud to serve his country 3 Years in the US Army during the Viet Nam War. Post War Jeff moved back to Seattle and worked at the VA hospital in the emergency room. Jeff then worked for Nelson and Michael Co. of Seattle then moved to Deming, WA in 1984 with his son Ryan and was a wonderful devoted single Father. Jeff was a loyal employee for Hart Novelty of Bellingham for 26 years. Jeff was dedicated and passionate about growing things. He wanted to be a “farmer” Cows, Pigs, then Christmas Trees. He was a honest hard working, self made man. Jeff and his wife started Bell Creek Christmas Tree Farm in 1998. Jeff also labored and loved working with his wife in their Professional Photography Company M & D Creative Photography. In his spare time, you could find Jeff Fishing, Traveling and using his Tractors. Jeffrey was a very Devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Neighbor. Jeff will be Greatly missed by many. The Family will host a Memorial Service with Military Honors Saturday January 11, 2014 at Shuksan Golf Club, 1500 E. Axton Rd., Bellingham, WA 98226. Memorial begins at 11:00 am and Reception and Celebration to follow.
