James Steven Miller

James S. “Jim” Miller, age 64, of Blaine passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019 at his home.  Jim was born March 22, 1954 in Spokane, Washington to parents Wayne Edgar and Ada Katherine (St. Peter) Miller. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed golfing, gardening and cooking. Jim is survived by his daughters, Katy and Ariel Miller; his sister, Judy Roedel. 

A celebration of Jim’s life will be held February 23, 2019 in Bellingham, WA. 

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking donations in Jim’s memory be made to the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association, 3057 E. Bakerview Rd., Bellingham, WA 98226.
