James Michael Day

James Michael Day, age 73, of Bellingham was born in Bellingham, Washington August 28, 1949, to parents Thomas and Marjorie (Alexander) Day. He graduated from Bellingham High School and Western Washington University. Jim was a member of Assumption Church and an active volunteer at Lincoln Square where he made many friends. He enjoyed spending time with family, friends, his best doggie friend Annie, gardening, working out at the YMCA, riding his bike the "Black Beauty" and was a lover of 70's Rock music. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Marjorie Day and two brothers, Charles and Chuck Day. He is survived by brother’s Dennis, Bruce, Pat and John Day along with sister’s Sharon Larson and Shirley Montgomery and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Greenacres Memorial Park on Axton Road in Ferndale, WA. Following the service there will be a time for fellowship and remembrance at the home of Dennis Day, 4975 Waschke Rd., Bellingham, WA 98226.
