Hazel “Marie” Parrish, age 87 of Sedro Woolley passed away Monday, April 14, 2014 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro Woolley. She was born February 22, 1927 in Bellingham, Washington to parents Orville J. and Orpha Katherine (Ambrose) Bever. Marie was preceded in death by her step-daughter Chris Parrish, brothers Robert and Roy Bever. She is survived by her husband Kalen “Shorty” Parrish; children, John and Larry Bock, Tina Runion (Steven), Ray Bock and Denise Brisben (Jim); 6 grandchildern, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A private family graveside inurnment will be held at Union Cemetery in Sedro Woolley.
