Esther Marie Welch, age 88, of Bellingham passed to Heaven after a short illness Saturday, February 4, 2023 in Oak Harbor, WA. Marie was born March 25, 1934 in Bellingham to parents Albert and Esther (Johnson) Jacobson.
She is survived by her two sons Stan (Penny) Welch, Bruce (Elena) Welch; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
