Donna Mae Rogers, age 92, lived most recently of Ferndale, WA. Passed away peacefully in Lynden, WA Thursday, June 6, 2024. She was born Jan. 21, 1932 in Emerado, North Dakota to parents Glen and Evelyn (Dryburgh) Clark. Donna graduated from Roosevelt High School in Seattle. She worked at J.C. Penney’s in West Seattle for 20 years, she was known and loved by many. We’d often hear “Hi Donna”, when asked she would say, ‘that was a customer of mine”. She worked there until the little West Seattle junction store closed and moved to the malls. She was a devoted Mother, wife, Aunt, friend and neighbor. She was a Christian and she enjoyed crossword puzzles and word games. She loved cats & always had one. She loved her friends, playing cards and visiting over a cup of coffee & doing puzzles. Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronald “Ronny” Clark; her Son Jeffery Paul Otto; her first husband Paul L. Otto, her second husband Lyle D. Rogers. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Eytzen and her husband Roger; her son, Jerry Otto and his wife Christy; she had five grandchildren, Ian, Ivan, Erica, Ryan and Aly. She also had five great grandchildren, Veda, Zoe, Ryker, Turner and Mercer and one on the way! She had a couple nieces, & nephews. She was well loved and had a special way of sharing that love with her friends and family.
