Colleen Marie Dougan

Colleen Marie Dougan, age 59, of Bellingham passed away at her home Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017. She was born April 10, 1957 in Bellingham to parents Ronald Dwayne and Gloria Ann (Danforth) Dougan. Colleen graduated from Kansas State University, and worked most of her career as a certified dietician.  Most recently she worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her brother, Michael L. Dougan of Bellingham; sister, Laura Sureepisarn (Boone) of Marysville, WA; nieces, Sara, Katie and Emma Dougan, and other relatives.  Private family inurnment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ferndale. Memorial donations may be made to Whatcom Humane Society.
