Cheryl Lea Ferrier

Cheryl Lea Ferrier, age 80, passed quietly early in the morning Friday, July 14, 2023.  Cheryl was born in Southern California but called Whatcom County home for the 42 years.  Cheryl is survived by her two children Janet Snedecor-Parker (husband Greg) and Mark Snedecor (wife Jennie) and three grandchildren Jackson, Andrew, and Samuel Snedecor.  She was so proud of her family. 

Cheryl spent 32 years as a REALTOR® in Whatcom County.  Real Estate was her true calling.  She loved finding the right home for her clients and was passionate about the rights of property owners and professional development.  Cheryl was very active on the Whatcom County Association of REALTORS® serving as the Whatcom County (WCAR) President, and as President of the Washington Association of REALTORS®.  As with anything Cheryl pursued, she put her heart into being a REALTOR® and received Life Time Achievement Awards from both REALTOR® Associations.

Cheryl was loved and appreciated by so many.  She is definitely missed. 

A Celebration of Life is planned for the end of September – exact date, time and location are still to be determined.  Rest in Peace Dear Mother.
