Betty Lou Brown

Betty Lou Brown was born on March 9, 1940 to Laura Ratliff and Willis Young Moore, in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California.  Betty was 83 when she departed this world to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven.

Betty had various jobs but her favorite was working of JC Penny’s custom decorating as a studio coordinator in Woodland, California.  She loved making her home a beautiful place to live for her family.  Betty’s deepest desire in life was to be a devoted wife and mother.

Betty married her husband Mike on June 28, 1980, they were married for 43 years.  They had (2) children together Joel and Mikey both predeceased.  Betty also had two sons from a previous marriage Bobby and Eugene Dunaway who are also predeceased.  Betty also leaves behind four grandchildren.  When Betty became ill her devoted and loving husband never left her side and cared for her for many years before her final passing.
