Barbara Jean Harvey

Barbara Jean “Bubbles” Harvey, age 89, of Everson was born May 12, 1927 in Spearfish, South Dakota to parents Edward and Irma (Smith) Ledoschuk. She married her soul-mate Robert Harvey in 1946, and he preceded her in death in 1977. Barbara is also preceded in death by a son Harlan in 2015; sisters, Doris Boice, LaDonna Harvey, Doreen Harvey; brothers, John and Glen Ledoschuck; half siblings Gayle, Gary, Wayne Kornemann and Myrna (Kornemann) Van Roekel. She is survived by her son Allen (Karen) Harvey; half-sisters, Shirley Lagerwey (Matt) and Faye Kornemann; grandson Robert Harvey (Stephanie), Chad Harvey (Jennifer), Kraig Harvey (Katie), Tim Pham (Lenneth); granddaughters, Randi Lautenbach (D.L), Kami Douglas (Greg) and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017, 1:00 PM, at the Sumas American Legion Post #212, 134 Harrison St., Sumas, WA 98295. Inurnment will be placed next to Bob in Nooksack Cemetery at a later date.
